At Happy Times we are very good at promoting calm, so let us bring it to you.  Many activities include relaxation and we teach techniques that can be practised at home, as it's important for us you benefit from this peace and calm every day.

Sessions are tailored to suit you and can also incoporate Yoga or Mindfulness.
