Put Your Best Foot Forward

17th - 21st June our Movement to Music sessions will be focused on leg strengthening movements to mark 'Falls Awareness Week' Watch out quadriceps! Click here for local events and some top exercises to do at home and don't forget about your feet!!! Strong feet help us to stay balanced and they're what we call on when we feel a wobble.


Relaxation a real success

Come along and enjoy our new Relaxation sessions.  As with all of our activities they are tailored for each individual taking part and our equipment caters for visual, auditory and kinaesthetic needs. Dance & Relax with Sue

For adults and children delivered by the very experienced, lovely Sue Watson.  Sue has taught Salsa for over 10 years and has danced for many more! As a musician and experienced primary and secondary school teacher Sue has incorporated many different styles of dance into these sessions, which is what makes them so very special.
