The person is inside the bubble is trying to stay protected and safe by practising breathing exercises which are proven to be very effective to calm both mind and body and bring the mind back into the present moment. At Happy Times we breathe in through the nose, Peace, love and happy and take a big sigh out of the mouth to feel the relax.
