Our Happy Times News Blog

Today in the course we found out what inspires people...We also found out that one of our course teachers (Sally) is a Dr Who enthusiast and friends with someone who played in Coronation Street. We had a mini workshop with biscuits to keep our brain going and then considered four categories: Person, place, book & music and object. I looked at Helens paper and she said that her Mum and Dad were her biggest inspiration. For place I wrote down Happy Times.

After lunch we met Paul and Neil from UTS Gym which is where we are all going next week for our session of team building and games.

For our afternoon part, Heather did some team work with us that involved blowing up and passing balloons.  We had to pass the balloon to our team mates and count.  Our team was called Purple after the balloon colour.  Everyone was amazing at controlling the balloon and kept count - our team managed 40 hits before it hit the floor and none of the balloons popped.
